The Town of Vestal Clerk’s Office handles tax collection for the Vestal School District.

The Town of Vestal Clerk’s Office mailed Vestal school tax bills from the Vestal Post Office on August 29th, which were then routed through Syracuse USPS. It has come to our attention that many tax bills have not yet been delivered, and we understand the concern this has caused.

If you have not received your tax bill due on September 30, 2025, and want to avoid late fees, please contact the Tax Collector at 607-748-1514 for assistance.

Four ways residents can pay Vestal school taxes:

Online: Payments can be made here by e-check or credit card. (Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.)

Secure Drop Box: Payments by check may be dropped off in a secure drop box in the Police Department lobby at Vestal Town Hall (605 Vestal Pkwy W. Vestal). (Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.)

By Mail: Payments by check can be mailed to the Vestal Town Clerk (605 Vestal Pkwy W. Vestal).

In-Person: Payments by cash or check can be made in person at the Vestal Town Clerk’s Office (605 Vestal Pkwy W. Vestal) Monday through Friday 8:30 – 4:30.

The delivery delay appears to be related to the postal routing process. We appreciate your understanding. The Town of Vestal Tax Collector will gladly assist you with any questions or concerns regarding your bill.
